Room: I stayed in the deluxe room, it was absolutely huge! The room comes with a balcony which looks out onto the church, bell tower, water fountain and theatre. Fully stocked mini bar, and the room also comes with its own private internet router/wifi. Staff: Honestly, hand on heart, the staff at this hotel are the most kindest, sweetest people of all time. Every time you enter or exit the hotel, they greet you with a smile, wish you a good day, or good rest. They are always happy to help, no matter what. I personally stayed there because I was selling an apartment - when I asked where I can get moving boxes from etc, the owner of the hotel went out of his way to find me some within 30 minutes. During this difficult time for me, full of emotions, the receptionist was always there. Someone to sit down with, and shoulder to cry on. I also noticed how other guests commented on her positive attitude, and her willingness to always help. Really good people!! Overall, the hotel was once an iconic bank which has been renovated into this modern hotel. The hotel is modern but also kept the architecture of the building and memory of Pleven - which is very important. The room was very comfortable. The service was amazing! I have already recommended this hotel to many people, and have said I’d definitely be coming back and staying in the same room. If I could give it 10 stars I would. 10/10 recommend!!

Overlooking the lake and offering a free use of an outdoor pool and a spa centre with sauna, Hotel Villa Kaylaka is located in Kaylaka Park Nature Reserve. Location is beauthiful - as expected by web site pictures. What really gave me an extra satisfaction is the people. All staff member were very helpful, kind and professional. No doubt, next time travelling on that region I will book again.

The 4-star design Hotel Diplomat Plaza is in the centre of Lukovit. It features a spa centre, a heated indoor pool and free WiFi in all areas. Very clean, breakfast was excellent

Situated in the protected area of Kaylaka Park, Park Hotel Kaylaka is surrounded by a peaceful natural scenery. Landscaped garden includes a fountain and a bridge. The Hote is amasing. The staff is perfect. Specially Kristina at Reception is very kind and helpful. I am very glad to know the Staff. Lobby and some parts of Hotel is like museum or art gallery. The rooms are very clean and beds are so comfortable. The Hotel is in the middle of the Forest and the air is so fresh and oxigen burns your nose. I will come again.

Nastanitev Hotel Splendid se nahaja v mestu Pleven, 4,8 km od znamenitosti Kaylaka Park in 44 km od znamenitosti jama Devetashka, ter ponuja sobe. The beds were super comfortable, the hotel is very central. Good friendly people at reception.

The Family Art Hotel Gallery is located in a green residential area south of the centre of Pleven, 100 metres from Hristo Botev Boulevard. Stuff were very friendly and happy people. South beach is hist 6-7 minutes walk.

Hotel Rostov is situated in the centre of Pleven. It offers nicely equipped rooms with panoramic views and free WiFi. Kopalnica bolj tako, je pa čisto.

Given the location and options available in general, it is quite good value for money! Pleven is a walking distance city and area around Medical University is absolutely safe even at night! Clubbing at the city center is just a few beers away and there is plenty to do no matter what is the purpose of visit! Kayluka Park and the Panorama are close! Train station and bus station are within 40 minutes walk. As for the accommodation it is family oriented! Beds are comfortable. The only minus is that it is a bit difficult for first time visitors to find the key left in PO box. There should be better visual explanation how to reach the key! I will visit again soon!
