The property is looking tired. There was a dull smell in our room. Not sure if it was from the very noisy air con. The breakfast was the usual fast food type American breakfast.

Reasonably centrally located near River Street, although it is on the edge of Savannah's town centre, and a walk from many of the sights. The staff (including valet) were very friendly and helpful, with the exception of the concierge who could be a little frosty.

Main reason why it was a poor stay was cause the restaurant 1540 was still opened and didn’t want to service us it wasn’t even 9 pm and it was empty we had gone all over looking for a place to eat and all was full at the end I ended up ordering a pizza and also breakfast wasn’t included in the stay how poor is this hotel that we needed to pay for breakfast come on now never again will I stay here.

I think the most disappointing thing about tourist cities is that they take full advantage of visitors. They also need to clean up the homeless people. Even though Paula deen's restaurant is extremely high I think it is still the best value for restaurants.

Loved the museums, hop on hop off trolley was very informative, the squares were wonderful and the statues. Refreshing to see a town that treasures it's history and doesn't try to dismantle it.. go to Clarys, but avoid the well known names. Best restaurant was small Mexican place. Regretfully didn't make note of name. The free DOT bus was great for getting to waterfront area

Savannah is a great place to visit.
Savannah is a great place to visit. It has historic charm along with friendly people. There are restaurants and shops wherever you decide to stay. We especially like the Riverboat cruise, we have been before but wanted to take our 90-year-old Mom. She truly enjoyed it. We have been on the tour trolly, we love to hear what made Savannah. We also come to be with family.

Broughton Street offered lots of quaint shops to look through. There are lots of different cuisines as well. Walking on River Street was really nice. There were quite a few places to eat on River Street, but not lots of shopping. Broughton Street offered more for shopping, but both areas made for nice walks. The two favorite places to eat were The Pirate House and The Common (more upscale and $$). The BEST was the mixology class we took in a Speakeasy! There were quite a few homeless in both areas, but that usually comes with a larger city, just be prepared.

We enjoyed the historic buildings.
We enjoyed the historic buildings. Lots of options for restaurants and we found most to be affordable. Be prepared to walk, you really don't need a car while there. We took the land and sea tour which provided a lot of information and history of the town. We also did a walking ghost tour which also provided history. If you haven't read Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil it is a nice one to read after you have visited the city and recognize all of the places mentioned. This would especially be fun with a group of ladies because there is a lot of shopping on Broughton St. that we didn't do because my husband is not a shopper. Make sure to visit Wormsloe Historic Site while you are there.
What an amazing hotel in Savannah! The Marshall House is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the wine and entertainment each night, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff was so kind! Mixed in with stories about the history of Savannah and the Marshall House, made it even more exciting. The location of the hotel is also great, near incredible restaurants and bars, the beautiful “squares” and several tours. Would definitely stay at the Marshall House again.
Overall the room was cheap, clean and updated. There was a desk and chair available. Hotel was conveniently located to a drug store, fast food places and a major highway (5 miles) that leads directly into downtown Savannah. The wifi worked well. On this trip, me and my fellow travelers were gone for must of the stay and only used the room to crash and sleep at night.
The breakfast had no milk for the cereal 2 mornings out of 3. Went down at time stated for breakfast, lady just starting the oatmeal so it was no where near ready. It was a shame because they had many great toppings for the oatmeal. Manager stated delivery trucks not coming for many Savannah area hotels/restaurants. I say go to Kroger and pick up some milk.
We loved everything about this hotel. The room exceeded our expectations, it was very spacious with high ceilings. The beds were comfy and all was perfect. The location is great - very close to the Riverwalk and the historical downtown. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The shuttle from the hotel was also a wonderful way of reaching the downtown.
Front Desk staff was able to help us with taking the shuttle to downtown Savannah. Very friendly and helpful. Also, the gentleman who drove the shuttle bus was very nice and explained the process. If you find downtown Savannah totally booked or too expensive, this hotel is the way to go.
Location was very near downtown Historic Savannah. Lots of places to choose from for dining out. Very close to a Super Walmart. Hotel stay was very nice, beds were comfortable, walls were thick enough that next door occupants were not too loud.
Was quiet, bed was comfy, was clean, office backed on to a perkins restaurant, lots of fsst food near by. Downtown savannah was about 30- 45 min away depending on traffic. Owner is an artist so has made sculptures out of old junk very cool.
We really like the central location of the hotel. If you come to Savannah for sightseeing, this Hotel is located really well to go by foot anywhere you would like to in the downtown area.
Their valet service was quick and easy.
Very clean.& comfortable. Modern & renovated nicely. Took an Uber to downtown Savannah which wasn’t far and it’s such a great city!
Breakfast was also great; lots of options.
Us & our two children enjoyed our stay here.
Perfectly situated in the heart of the historic district. Easy walking distance to the riverfront and local restaurants, bars etc.
Love Savannah and would definitely try to stay at this property in the future.
The overall experience at Andaz Savannah..A Concept by Hyatt was great!! Good location, hotel smelled nice, our room was cleaned properly and the vibe was just chill.....The staff was also very helpful.
The history of the hotel is highlighted very well throughout the entire building. I stayed in 402, Joel's room and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect to walk downtown and experience Savannah,
The staff was great, the room was very comfortable. The location was not the best. We got down for breakfast before closing, but it was not very good. Downtown Savannah was less than 10 minutes drive.
It's small hotel, Good for those who need just stay for sleeping place. You have to drive about 20 minutes by highway to Savannah downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Amazing location in downtown Savannah. Located near tons of restaurants, sites and things to do. Everything was walkable and hotel was cute and room was super clean.
