We are located a mere 181 steps from the International Terminal Check-in desks, an easy 15-minutes to Sydney’s CBD and the only hotel with... Excellent location if you need to stay very close to the Airport for some reason. Staffs are friendly but is not very accommodating about early check-in. Breakfast was great. Room had a spectacular view of the airport with flights operating throughout the day. We stayed through the night of the new year and had the of seeing the spectacular fireworks from the comfort of our room. That was an added benefit if you are staying on December 31st night.

The customer rep was excellent!! Check in easy. Suggested transfer back to airport and suggested ordering in something to eat. Explained early check out procedures. Sorry I don’t know her name but she was excelkent
