Quietness: The apartment itself was very quiet. I hardly heard any noise from the street, and the building seemed well-maintained. Security: The building has a secure entrance with a combination numbers. Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless upon arrival. The linens and towels were fresh and high-quality, and the kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. Overall: This was a wonderful experience! The location was convenient, the apartment was quiet and secure, and everything was perfectly clean. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

There are a pub, a restaurant and a coffee shop in the hotel lobby. And if you want a quick meal you just nèd to cross the road and there is a Mc Donald's. And a special sentence for Lourdes from the desktop, she have been so kind and helpful on our arrival.

We were a very big group of customers but she's been very kind and also helping us managing the rooms. The breakfast was nice, if you book in advance it'll be cheaper. At night the lobby also have drinks and food. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom meets all our needs. The hotel is very closed to Heathrow airport. Transportations to Heathrow from the hotel are Bus, Airport shuttle or Private shuttle. (All with expenses)
