First of all, even before coming to the Heraklion, we had wonderful communication with the amazing staff of Stay365. They booked a taxi for as when we landed. The driver was expecting us at the airport. When we arrived to the hotel we were amazed by the size of our room, bed were so cozy, and the bathroom was exceptional and very clean. During the all stay, great guys working in Stay365 gave us all the important information and beyond that. They booked us a rent car at very decent price, booked us places in the best places of Heraklion. Plus the cleaning ladies even wash your dishes! Great stay, we had a such a wonderful time, my best recommendations for this amazing hotel!

Was wonderful to be able to have early checkin & the room was ready round 11am especially after our arrival by bus on a hot day! 🫶 Love everything here: the location, the staff, the olive trees, the public wc, changing room, and simple outdoor shower that we could still use after checkout the next day after visiting the beach.

Each includes a kitchenette with fridge and kitchenware, and a furnished balcony with views of the sea or the pool. The hotel was very nice and the staff was also great. We had a lovely room with a view to the beach. It was also nice to have a kitchen. Kissamos was a perfect place to stay and do some day trips for example to Balos and Gramvousa. The hotel was wonderful and peaceful. We enjoyed especially the pool. I highly recommend this place.

We really liked the hotel with our 1.5 year olda baby. Good location, few steps from the sea. The hotel has sunbeds at the sea with umbrella, so you dont have to rent is everyday. Good idea that the snack bar is also coming down to the sunbeds with the dirnks and food. Full renovated rooms, everything was really clean! Good restaurant also for the dinner, and good coctails after dinner next to the sea. Hope we come back next year. Thanks
