Convenient location - close to the port after the return from my boat trip and close to all the restaurants for a meal before flying out the next day. Air conditioner worked well. Linen was clean. The facade of the building from the front facing the main street is cute & quirky. Room and bathroom was a good size and had a small balcony facing the port area from the back of the hotel. Massages on site in the spa which you need to book. Restaurant located on site.

We enjoyed having a drink on the restaurant terrace to watch the sunset. The staff were very friendly. Receptionist Amelia was fantastic, as she helped us with any question and helped organize our next transport to Ruteng with Gunung Mas. After coming back from Komodo, the staff were so nice to let us wait in the hotel lobby until our bus arrived and use their amenities in the meantime.

I'm 69 and have had two meniscus knee surgeries and the top steps going down to my room were over a foot deep and there was no rail. My knee didn't like that and I had to take one step at a time for my knee. Breakfast was excellent. Kitchen needs to have coffee machine working by 7 because dive boat leaves at 7:30.

The location was amazing, with panoramic view of the beautiful beaches of Labuan Bajo. The hotel itself is immaculate, well maintained and very detail oriented. They offer all sorts of activities from cycling, snorkelling and paddle boarding to full day boat tours aboard the well maintained hotel boats. Overall, excellent experience. Perfect snorkelling off the hotel jetty with a surprisingly healthy house reef - better than most reefs we have visited in the Komodo National Park. Very friendly and helpful staff and probably the best dive centre in all of Indonesia - Aqura Dive, les by Pedro.
