Bruges is a gorgeous place.
Bruges is a gorgeous place. The architecture and buildings are beautiful. There is lots to do, from museums to canal boat tours, horse and carriage rides, guided walking tours and lots of good shops. A good variety of restaurants and bars, we found the food very good and people very friendly. Our journey from the UK via Euro tunnel was so easy, and finding Bruges by car was super easy.
Will definitely be back.

If you're from Europe you're probably used to picturesque old towns, but Bruges will charm you even so. It really feels like it's frozen in time (apart of course from all the touristy shops and the crowds). It's best to visit off-season, but ideally with decent weather.
The museum pass is definitely worth it, as without visiting the museums there's not much to do if you stay more than a day.
The restaurants are very expensive, and depending on if you like Belgian food might not be worth it. What is worth it though are the beers, which you definitely should take a moment to try in one of the several local pubs with cozy atmosphere.

We loved the Canal Boat trip most informative.
We loved the Canal Boat trip most informative. The Historium was well worth a visit and very informative it was also very well done I would say a must to do.
The Architecture is amazing in the old Town and every little street was gorgeous with the Cookie Cutter Fairyland houses everywhere.
Was not dissapointed and people were friendly and when we got lost very helpful.
Would love to go back and explore some more and maybe take a trip to Damme from there.
We had a great Flemish Stew at a lovely Italian Restaurant near the Apartment. On our last night we went to Delaneys Hotel which was great and the food goregous. Lovely atmosphere and lovely staff.
We walked everywhere as that was easy {got lost too which was ok as well}
The best stay in Bruges - in reality the hotel looks even better than in photos! Very spacious, bright and authentic. The staff deserves separate praise - they were amazing. They also recommended a few places to visit and were very helpful throughout. Amazing breakfast in the beautiful surroundings and wide range of produce. Not in the very city centre, which is good since it is easy to avoid the tourists, but still 5 min away from the main sites - you can see both inside and outside in the life of locals. 11 out of 10!
We were really happy with our decision to stay at b room. We drove to Bruges from England and parking was not an issue in the slightest. The room and bathroom was very comfortable and the breakfast and facilities were bang on. As a couple we prefer these 'boutique' hotels over anything regular and this place ticked that particular box too. It was a bit of a walk into the historic centre of Bruges but we knew that before we booked and it was fine by the two of us.
This is a cute, cozy little hotel in the center of Bruges.
Its owner knows everything about the city and life in general! Listen to her stories full of love and understanding.
She prepared an omelette for tomorrow. I have never eaten more deliciously in my life. And she treated us to homemade jam.
This place is furnished and decorated with great taste.
I recommend everyone who wants to feel Bruges to stay at this hotel.
Excellent location, right at the center of Bruges. The hotel is located in a quite area and just around the corner you can find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops and etc.
Breakfast was varied and delicious. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff was polite and the person responsible for the breakfast was super kind.
The hotel is family driven and in a very quiete area that allows good quality sleeping. However very close to city centre, so the position is great. The whole Bruges feels safe and so is this area too.
The room was not so big but sufficient for our stay, and it was clean. Bathroom very good.
Heating worked perfectly.
The design of the hotel is very beautiful and authentic. Located in the city centre of Bruges. Staff were nice and efficient and the room was very clean and spacious with a nice coffee station and a modern flat TV. Also the bathroom was very big with both shower and bath tub.
Breakfast buffet had a nice wide selection.
Location is excellent. The hotel is situated 10 minutes from the city centre. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us the detailed information about the city and the must-see places. The breakfast was also very good with an awesome coffee.
The best hotel in Bruges! We have stayed here many years running and each visit we feel comfortable and at home. Nothing is too much and every member of staff is attentive and provides excellent customer service. The location is perfect. We were sad to leave and are already looking forward to our next stay.
This felt like a 5 star hotel in every way. Classy, perfectly located to walk to beautiful Bruges central area and the bed was insanely comfortable. Pure luxury in a hotel. Coming back from a stroll to sit by the fireplace and have a craft cocktail or even piping hot coffee will make you feel like royalty.
I brought my husband to Belgium for his birthday and we were also traveling with our 3-year-old golden retriever. Very accommodating staff! The room was extremely clean and the hotel was in a perfect area. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see! Plan to visit again with our family.
We rented the loft and it was very spacious, nicely decorated and fully equipped. The location was perfect, walking distance from the train or a short cab ride and very short walk into the heart of town. Bruges is our favorite spot in Belgium a must visit for everyone!
Good location, 10/15 minute walk to the historic centre of Bruges.
Comfortable for a short stay, much more space than a hotel room.
Frederick the host was very welcoming and flexible about check in when our situation changed at the last minute.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, impeccably decorated. The staff were great, and the hotel is located so close to the city centre whilst still being quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bruges.
The staff were really helpful, friendly and enjoyable.
The view was marvellous and the room was quiet.
Breakfast was great .
In the center of Bruges literally.
Hotels chef was excellent.
Excellent rooms, spacious, very good parking space, huge beautiful garden behind, nice breakfast, helpful staff, beautiful location and near to city centre. Overall hotel is excellent.
