We like the location of the property from the bus station and it was not too far a walk from the beach. The AC was much needed in the heat and worked well. The apartment was very clean though outdated. The pool was a nice addition!

You can come here by train from Barcelona, it takes around 2 hours. Cleaner and more peaceful beaches, relaxed atmosphere is waiting for you after chaotic Barcelona. We ate at different places near the beach, there is a variety of cuisines. You cant rent a car there, as there isn´t any car renting unfortunately. However, Lloret del Mar is only 30-40 min walk from there or 15-20 minutes by bus, where you can rent a car and explore other hidden beaches. Lloret del Mar is much more touristy, has more clubs and entertaiments.

Spanish version of Cannes.
Spanish version of Cannes. Trains run down the Costs Brava from Blanes and continue into Barcelona. Lots of independent shops and usual supermarkets. Local buses to Lloret and Tossa , which are a bargain price. Boat trips from the beach up and down the Costa Brava. Street markets on once a week. Frozen yogurt is to die for, with white and dark chocolate and four or five pieces of fresh fruit.

I loved the beaches and the old town.
I loved the beaches and the old town.
There is a useful map I got from the tourist office showing historic walks round the town and surrounding area. When not on the beach, I followed these to see the sights in the old town, the Marimurtra botanic gardens on the headland, the little beach beyond, and up the hill to the Castell de Sant Joan with spectacular views up and down the coast.
There are also great markets: craft, produce, fish and clothing.
As the beach is across the road from the town, you can take a dip during your sightseeing.
I will be back.

The city's main attractions were great: beach was beautiful and clean, Sa Palomera (the rock), the botanic garden with the views were magnificent and Castell de Blanes offered great views to the city and the coast.
Definitely recommend to visit 'Racó Sa Palomera' and 'Pizzeria Dolce Vita Blanes' for a great food.
Otherwise nothing to do besides visiting the aforementioned attractions and laying on the beach.
The food was very very mediocre to say the best (except for those two aforementioned places). Hard to pick a place to eat, because they were opened or closed at random times which are not indicated in Google or on their website. Often during the evening the places closed many hours before the usual closing times even though they were filled with customers.
No basic tourist activities: wasnt even able to rent a bike or scooter or do any wateractivities (boat trips, parasailing, jetskis etc).
Local teenagers were really affectionate about fireworks, so expect a jumpscare every 20 minutes when another cracker is set on fire and thrown around in the main tourist spots.
Nightlife was nonexistent. Zero nightclubs and we found 1 or 2 bars which were opened longer than 00.00 on a Friday night.
The location is good because this is close to the Beach as well to the places of attraction. Also well located from the centre of the city which makes it easy to avail transportation and other amenities. The Hostel room was good for a family of 3 and had decent level of comfort. The staff at reception was very friendly and courteous. In terms of the breakfast it was ok in terms of options available. Overall we had a good experience in the Hostel. I would surely recommend Regina to other fellow travelers if they are planning to visit Blanes.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room was a good size, beds very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and had a walk-in shower. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional and even offered to cook meals to cater for my wife’s coeliac issues and had GF options available at each meal. The breakfast is really good value with plenty of options for most people. No hesitation in recommending Petit Palau for travellers to Blanes.
The staff was truly amazing. We weren't happy with our first room so they changed it for us in a minute and we got the apartment at the roof. The view directly at the sea was beautiful and so we didn't really mind older furniture and appliances.
The food was delicious too.
The hotel surrounding is also great - few seconds to pleasant beach, to delicious restaurants and to the small shops and groceries.
I would definitely come back!
the hotel has a good location not far from the beach where you can walk along the promenade.
In the bedroom, there was not a television, no table or chair, not even 2 plastic gobelets in the bathroom.
It was very noisy with people having drinks. Likely, it s stop around mid night.
Also, in the bedroom, there was not any hanger coats. The room was spacious. The bed cover has stains, not clean.
-Perfect apartment! Ideal location in the center of events. 1 minute to the sea, vegetable market right near the house, grocery stores, clothing, cafes.
-Beautiful stylish design, brand new. I want to have such a kitchen at home!
-Very responsive host!
-Very clean
-washing machine with dry option
We will be happy to come back again and already miss Blanes and the apartment.
Spectacular view from the balcony and super relaxing the sound of the waves that you have from the apartment. The location is great you can be in 1 min down to the beach. Richard was very welcoming and gave me many good tips. He allowed me to check in earlier than usual time and check out at 5 pm. I'm surely going back there if I'm visiting again Blanes.
Love the good vibe since you enter until you leave the facilities. The staff are really friendly. I get an
upgrade to a suite that was super nice. The entire hotel facilities were clean and nice. The breakfast for the price was outstanding.
Was a great surprise staying in this hotel that was 50%local 50% tourist.
Fabulous location and property.Maria was a fantastic host ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the best accomodations we have stayed in for sometime. The pool was beautiful and a great area to BBQ..so much space for a peaceful 5 days while working in Barcelona
The room was really well done, gorgeous view, and amazing location. There are no outward signs for the hotel as far as I saw, but it’s above the restaurant, which i also enjoyed. The manager, Vinessa, was lovely and really accomodating. Great spot.
The hotel is in a great location and you pay for what you get. The staff are extremely helpful so I wouldn’t fault the service. We had a massage at the spa which was above expectations so we would recommend booking a slot with Veronica.
The best part of the hotel is the location, it's just a street away from the beach and it's surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The staffs were also very helpful and give great advise regarding the surrounding area.
close to sea, Edu the owner, sea view, pool, Spain, two bathrooms, balcony, big sitting room and sitting table, everything looks as it looks on the pictures, out of the party zone but still close to the center
Nice room, has air conditioning, good beds, and nice bathrooms. Breakfast was amazing, bar and a cafe right in the motel. Also has parking at hotel in gated area easy to access from rooms.
The hotel is located just in front of the "paseo del mar", a few metres from the beach. It's a brand new boutique hotel and Blanes was in need of this type of establishment.
