I didn’t realise how tiny the room would be. We were only there for 2 nights but couldn’t sleep as we were next to the stairs and could hear everything. Unfortunately we also found a cockroach in the bathroom so won’t be staying there again.

Assuming that you take into account the location - far from the main attractions of the city - but also the French standards regarding the size of the room and the breakfast, the hotel is excellent. The area where the hotel is located is quiet, safe and clean. There are restaurants, supermarket, many shops quite close. Metro station at 300 m. Large room, large bathroom, decent breakfast. Real 4 stars and real value for money.
