A surprisingly stylish, modern boutique hotel overlooking the sea with spacious, contemporary rooms, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The space in the room was cleverly executed with a good sized wardrobe, coffee station, a terrific shower and great toiletries.
There's a lovely terraced garden overlooking the bay with comfortable sunbeds and a path down to the sea and the swimming pool has a great view. We stayed for three nights at the end of September and would have stayed longer except they were closing for the winter.
Breakfast was good with options cooked to order and it was only a ten minute walk into the middle of town for dinner.

We spent our 2023 summer vacation and the place was amazing! The Sivota Seascape villas have great location right in front of the sea, where the water is crystal clear and there is a small island in front at approx.100m distance. Inside the villas everything is at top quality and the view outside is astonishing. Everyday cleaning is done.
Helen at the reception was so kind and helpful - she advised us of nearby beaches restaurants and bar.
She also gave us fruit gifts for our last night just to confirm that the destination, the service and the kind people are great reason to come back next summer.

A small, friendly, family run hotel which is kept incredibly clean and with the benefit of a fresh water swimming pool. Breakfast very good and constantly refilled. Fresh towels and room cleaned every day. Great staff!
Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Sivota is a relaxed, but upmarket town.
Sivota is a relaxed, but upmarket town. Lots of boats coming to the marina, lots of nice hotels, and great beaches. A good selection of restaurants and bars, and shops. I would recommend to couples, families who like watersports, friends.

Sivota and the surrounding area constitute a concealed treasure within Epiros. Abundantly verdant, characterized by rolling hills, secret coves, and a mix of small to mid-sized beaches, it is an ideal destination for both sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.

Sivota is a beautiful and quiet village with many beautiful beaches.
From Sivota you can go to Acherontas River for rafting and swimming in the river, Perama Cave to see the Stalactites & Stalagmites and to Parga. Also you can take a cruise to Paxos and Antipaxos.

It is a sweet little town.
It is a sweet little town. We enjoyed to walk early morning in port, to have a breakfast, and take the dinner at night. There are some perfect restaurants in port. There were lots of beaches around the town, and a port not to far to travel to Kerkyra by car.

We have visited Sivota several times.
We have visited Sivota several times. It's a great choice if you want a small, quiet and very beautiful place. In June and September it's not crowded like Rhodes and Crete. You might need a car if you want to go on sightseeing outside the town - e.g. the wonderful coastal town Parga, Corfu is only 1½ hour away, or you can find Archeon River further up in the valley. A car is also valid if you don't want to climb the steep roads up from the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants in the town and at the harbour front - no gourmet here, but still acceptable. Our favourite is Blue Coast and afterwards Bamboo Place for a couple of ouzos or cocktails.

WE are arriving to Sivota already for the 8-9th time and we love it. Now after 3 years (COVID) we traveled also / again with our Kids and the nice thing is, Some of the good places, are recognizing us, the kids (they being with us from their Babytime)
Regardless that it has grown as all Sea Destinations, many new hotels open, and it has become fuller.
People are nice, regardless the stress to serve, but Food and Quality makes us coming back next years. Even if we might buy a flat.
Savota is a very nice place! Campare with other 4-star hotels in the same area, this one was the worst (we hade 5-day pleasant stay at another hotel nearby before we moved in this one due to lack of availability). If other 4-star hotels available, I do not recommend this one.
The first day AC in our room (4-person sea view with pre-payment) did not work, we waited more than 6 hours and no one could help us. Finally my family (4 person) were moved to a 2-person room around 22:00, spend a very crowded night.
The breakfast was awful.
Wonderful views of the sea and hills. The surrounding area is beautiful - excellent beaches with safe swimming, uncrowded, with a backdrop of rugged mountains and hills. Syvota itself is lovely too with its boutique shops and restaurants. The hotel is positioned in a magnificent location on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, and has swimming pools and terraces from which you can enjoy this panoramic view - it is genuinely captivating. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The house was new and really comfortable with everything needed inside. It was clean and the owner offers free cleaning for accommodations longer than 5 days. He was really helpful suggesting best beaches, places to visit and where to eat. We traveled by car and the house was located within desirable distance from almost all beaches around Syvota. I would highly recommend it.
The location was amazing, really. On a top if a cliff, few minutes away from the beautiful Bella Varka, stunning wies.
The outside if the hotel is beautifull: the pool, the deck by the water, the pool bar. Everything is clean and inviting.
The staff is so nice and helpfull.
The location right in Sivota is lovely. We arrived very early (7am) and left late(9.30pm) as we came and left on the Bari-Igoumenitsa ferry. The hotel was helpful in arranging early access to our room, and a different room on our last day until 10pm (for a charge)
We had a beautiful experience in Sivota. The owner Nicolas helped us find the best things in and around the city. The house was spacious and really had an amazing view of the city and the bay. We had everything we needed to spend an unforgettable vacation. Thank you
The hotel is very nice, right in the center of Syvota, rooms are spacious, clean, with all the necessary amenities, breakfast is good and tasteful, and the restaurant has large terrace right above the sea, and they serve fresh sea food.
location perfect, the most stunning views ever experienced in Greece and short walk into town, hilly for the way back though. lots of options for chillin, pool , rock jetty and 2 beaches near by
couple of kayaks to use too brilliant.
Wonderful place for summer vacation and visit out of season too, located very close to the beach, restaurants, super markets. Stephanie and her mother were extremely kind and friendly.Enjoyed every minute of our staying there.
One of the best boutique hotels in Greece, The amenities were amazing the cleanliness was exceptional the room was very spacious & the host was extremely informative & helpful for what it offered the rate was very low as well.
It was very clean, the owner was very friendly and gave us very useful informations about the beaches and Syvota. Maid was also very kind and cleaned the room every day. Location was perfect and has big parking place.
New hotel with big rooms . Very clean . Every day the staff clean the rooms . Is the best place to stay because you park your car in the hotel and go everywhere in Syvota by foot . Very kind owners and staff .
Very good location. Near Zavria beach. Host is verry polite and helped us a lot around best surrounding places.
Room was spacious and clean. They have parking in front of the hotel.
loved the hotel property. loved it’s secluded on-the-hill location. an easy walk to the secret nearby beach/land spit. an easy walk down to the seaside places to eat.
Really nice hotel with its own private beach. Clean and tidy room. Close to beach “Bella vraka”. Delicious breakfast with many options to choose from. friendly staff.
