The hotel had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect as well: right next to Songdo Central Park and close to a neighborhood full of restaurants and bars. Additionally, it was really nice that there was a gym in the hotel with most of the equipment you need.

We liked that it was close to airport and was in the middle of a small shopping precinct. It presented as very clean and tidy. Nice size Bathroom. This hotel is predominantly for airline staff. The breakfast is buffet and there was lots of it and restaurant also had very nice tasting food. We did not get breakfast included in our room price and we had booked two nights.

It is very easy to get in and our of incheon. There are actually a lot of options and the place is massive, so what happens you end up choosing the closest option to go to the city. Consider that Seoul proper is about 45 minutes to 1 hour away, either by taxi or train. So account for this when you are planning to depart. The airport is truly massive and need some time to navigate. On the other hand, there is a proper shopping mall and plenty of restaurants for those odd hours flying in or out.
We took an hotel nearby that provided a complimentary shuttle bus service. In any case, local taxis are available and have similar prices than the ones in the city so in all very easy to navigate with much less stress than anticipated.

The hotel is cute, quaint, clean, and quiet.
The hotel is cute, quaint, clean, and quiet. It is located 5 minutes from the airport, which was extremely convenient for me. I felt safe and the staff were very friendly. They have a convenience store near the lobby to purchase snacks, etc. They provide airport shuttles to and from the airport that run at regular intervals.
I plan to stay there again upon my return from Thailand.

Incheon is a town, less busy than Seoul and the Incheon international airport is a massive place. There are shopping malls, stores, restaurant en entertainment. When you do not like the craziness in the capital and it's a place for you. Transportation is great, A-trex or trains work great.

We weren't there long enough to comment.
We weren't there long enough to comment. But if I ever go back, I'd like to see more of Incheon. It was a lovely introduction to our visit to Korea. We stayed in other hotels in Deajeon and Juju Island. The Best Westin was our favorite.

The bed was super comfortable to sleep after a long overnight flight. The vegetarian and vegan options weren't modern, tasty or creative. The room was very spacious which was lovely. We didn't investigate the surroundings but there looked very limited options. In the parks around some hawker stalls would elevate this area to a new level.

Airport is large, clean and efficient.
Airport is large, clean and efficient. Downside is the somewhat sparce rail connection to Seoul, and the inability to book Korail reservations at Incheon Airport station.
Unseo, the last town before the airport has a big selection of transfer hotels, together with many places to eat.
We love this hotel! It is the perfect place to shower and grab some sleep after a long flight from the U.S. and before an onward flight to Mongolia, our destination. The convenience inside Terminal 2 at the Incheon Airport is perfect as is the fact that the room can be rented for 12 or 24 hours. While the rooms are small, they are more than sufficient for our needs. We wish more international airports had a hotel like this one!
Great hotel if you want to stay near the airport. (45 min drive to Incheon airport). Nice staff who speak good English.
The room was super clean and comfortable, great shower/ bath combination. Choice between normal shower or rain shower. You can choose to have your room cleaned or not. If not, they will still give you clean towels etc. There is a microwave in the lobby and a 7 eleven around the corner.
It was a very beautiful place. During my stay, I came across something special to Korean modern culture. The staff and the environment were very good. It took me 2 stops by metro from the airport. There was a Korean who helped me drag my suitcase while walking down the road with my 2 suitcases after I got off the subway. The environment and my stay at the hotel was very good. My room view was beautiful.
Even if it has no reception desk (found another hotel's reception on the same entrance :)), there was someone to guide me from the basement level to related room. There are bars all around the building. Free shuttle bus to (and probably back from) Incheon airport at every 10-15 minutes. Met someone who told me that such facility is mainly for workers all around that area (airport, real hotels, etc.).
I stayed in this hotel while waiting for a flight to China last month. The staff was friendly and the room clean and well furnished. Price was good too. There is a mountain nearby where one can take a walk, as well as plenty of restaurants and small shops in the surrounding areas. It’s a perfect hotel/ location for those using Incheon Airport while on transiting to somewhere else.
Travelled to Seoul before and KETA visa was not required, when I arrived at Incheon airport immigration refused me entry, I then purchased KETA visa which was approved, immigration still refused me entry. I called the hotel to help me and the reception desk could barely speak English, they could not help me. I was stranded at the airport for a 19 hour stop over as a result!!!!!
The Treehouse was a good studio apartment option located conveniently on the free shuttle route from Incheon airport. We picked it because of our 24 layover and because they accept pets. There were some pleasant restaurants around the small neighborhood. We picked the Korea barbecue place, Mama, and it was great. There were also quite a few minimarts and some breakfast places.
I liked how it was right next to the subway station. It is on the left, right outside the subway exit, in the Hotel Tulip complex. It was very conveniently located close to food and restaurants. I could take the subway to downtown Seoul and directly to the airport terminal. Room was large, clean and quiet. Very nice for my long layover. I would come back again.
It’s proximity to Incheon airport terminal 1. I had an early flight to catch and I wanted to stay somewhere as close to the airport as possible . The free hotel shuttle bus to and from the airport also helps but it only starts at 6am. It was too late for my flight, took the public free shuttle instead.
Convenient for overnight layovers at the Incheon Airport. 5 min shuttle ride from terminal 2, the airport bus takes a bit longer. The hotel itself met expectations, it was comfortable and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel has a small grocery store open 24 hours.
The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable.
The hotel is located near to Incheon airport, which makes it good for a short stay waiting for transfer. They also offer a shuttle to terminal 1.
Staff is very helpful.
Excellent location for layovers between flights at Seoul Incheon airport. Very easy to get from terminals to hotel by hourly hotel shuttle bus or by AREX airport train which stops literally next door to the hotel.
Easy access to airport and train line at Incheon by way of Hotel shuttle bus. Great to have shopping complex across the road behind Paradise City. Room is exceptionally large and products provided are beautiful.
Due to pandemic, there was no direct airport bus for Incheon. I strongly recommend this hotel for you to stay because it quite close to Incheon Airport. Only 10 mins by taxi. The staff also helpful.
Excellent airport hotel. Huge rooms with air con and great bathroom. Friendly staff, free shuttle to Incheon airport. Provided free tasty sandwiches and coffee for breakfast. Superb value.
We booked this hotel to stay prior to an early flight out of Incheon the next day. It was clean and comfortable with free parking. It was a great location for access to the airport.
