This was a great find. Good value for money, a clean, comfortable room, and a nice hotel. It's quite a trek down a very steep hill to the streets below where there are restaurants and shops, but the receptionist told us about an outside lift which takes residents up and down without any hassle. We needed assistance with printing up tickets and the receptionist was such a great help, we can't thank her enough.

A good stopover hotel for one night offering free off-road private parking and a walkable location to the centre, old town and beaches of San Sebastian. Reception staff were kind enough to change our room from the ground floor next to a busy reception area with lots of guest traffic to one on the first floor.

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views over San Sebastian. Additionally, the decor of the hotel is very appealing and the common areas (reception, bar, dining room) have really wonderful views of the bay. The free parking on site was also a great plus.
