The staff at check in were amazing and very informative. They were friendly and helped give us directions and even acknowledged us as e passed by. The hotel was amazing! Reception was very helpfull and kind. Rooms were clean and modern. And a big big thank you to the bar with their wonderful cocktails and good sevice! Central, clean and had everything you need. Staff were lovely and helpful. Facilities were lovely. No complaints.

Great location! Can walk everywhere, pool was good to have as the afternoons can get really hot in the summer. Quiet room really comfy bed.

Attractively located in Seville, Joya del Casco Boutique Hotel by Shiadu features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a bar. This hotel was perfect! People at the reception very friendly and helpful. I felt super safe. Hotel room was just a the pictures. Cleaning and fresh drinking water everyday. I had a room next to the elevator, but no noise late at night/early in the morning. DELICIOUS breakfast. Eggs are prepared especially for you according to your preference. Fresh orange juice. Rooftop with pool was nice to have with 40 degrees. It's not a big pool. Like 6 strokes, but perfect to cool down. And don't forget the service they're offering. You can text them, and they'll bring you a drink! View from the roof is beautiful. All tourist attractions are very nearby. Same as restaurants. So many options. When I arrived I took the bus from the airport, but it took me quite long (had to wait 30 min., ride took 30 min., and 14 min. walk). So, when leaving I took a taxi. That cost me 32 euro.

One of the most pleasant stays I’ve had. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the bathroom and facilities were modern and of very good quality. The rooms were quiet, super clean and housekeeping did a very nice job tidying up every day. Location wise, I think we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The staff was also very welcoming and kind.
