The hotel was beyond our expectations. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from Oxford Street and public transport. The room is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The breakfast is basic but was exactly what we wanted, you can pay extra for a hot breakfast. Perfect hotel hope to come back again. The stairs to the room are steep, it didn't bother us, but those who have difficulty with stairs should take this into account.

Easy check-in/out. Carried our ridiculously large luggage upstairs - cheerfully! Air conditioning. Easy access to the tube, and within walking distance of many London highlights. Great bars/restaurant options just outside your door.

Was able to think with me what would be a great room for me and was able to check-in early. That was an unexpected plus!

Featuring design to reflect contemporary London life, Charlotte Street Hotel also boasts features of classic elegance such as period fireplaces and a wood-panelled library room. The service was excellent at the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant especially the new girl I don’t know her name but she is from Albania, the door man was also fabulous. We loved the dressing gowns super luxurious. Also the coffee was outstanding.

Mayfairi piirkonna südames asuv glamuurne ja elegantne hotell Claridge’s pakub peent õhkkonda ning viie tärni väärilist luksust. The staff was absolutely remarkable. They were attentive to a degree that was perfect for me as first time london visitor. The in room dining and restaurants on the ground floor were also exceptional.
