We had an outstanding experience at Londoner hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly polite. Very clean. The hotels location was ideal, offering multiple shops, restaurants and Christmas's market within walking distance. The aesthetic of the hotel were beautiful. I would highly recommended The Londoner for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Before our stay I had some concerns about room size because of some reviews but after staying 7 nights I can say the room size was quite good and the room was very well designed. The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well even if I am 6 months pregnant. You can stream to TV and speakers from your phone easily. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

Situated in the West End of London, just a few minutes walk to Covent Garden Piazza and Charing Cross station, the hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The location is perfect! Close to many sites! The staff were amazing and super helpful and friendly.

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks. Originally opened in 1889, the world-famous Savoy Hotel is situated on the banks of the Thames and less than 5 minutes' walk from The British Museum and The Royal Opera House. Great location and even greater service. We were celebrating my son’s graduation - the Savoy staff went over and beyond in making it special. There were congratulatory balloons & chocolates in the room and judging from the ‘congratulations’ from various staff members (from the front desk to room service), everyone seemed to have ‘gotten the memo’. It made our stay extra special. In particular, I’d like to mention Genci, the loveliest doorman, who always welcomed us so warmly, and Lea of the front desk who never failed to ask about our day.

The always open pantry was a good addition for hungry explorers. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with everything. Bedroom and bathroom were both well fitted and equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Reception, Concierge...,Stayed in similar hotels in the vicinity but the service was exceptional at this hotel.
