Plaza La Reina is located in Westwood Village, close to Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. This hotel offers guest rooms with free WiFi, international and domestic calls and valet parking. Fantastic location, conveniently situated near UCLA. The hotel staff were outstanding, offering exceptional service. The decor and style of the hotel were truly beautiful. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

This convenient hotel allows guests to easily explore Los Angeles and its shopping, museums, art galleries, theatres and restaurants. The University of California-Los Angeles is located 2 blocks away.... Location was perfect. A lovely part of LA.

Located at the foothills of Bel Air and adjacent to Beverly Hills, the W Los Angeles - West Beverly Hills is a luxury boutique hotel that is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the... the staff. most hotel rooms fit the bill, but room-wise, the W West Bev is marvelous for the price. the HUGE difference is the quality of EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER we encountered. THEY know what real hospitality is. we are a couple of old gay men (68; 76) and after a less than marvelous RECEPTION/stay at a similar hilton property in portland, OR, JUST THREE WEEKS AGO, we both marveled at how delightful the people were at this W location, universally. one refused to take a well-deserved tip for exceptional service, but finally did on my strong insistance. to me, a beacon of the fine training EVERYONE here must get in making ALL guests, even geriatric gay guys, feel so wonderfully welcome. kudos from TOP to BOTTOM... ALL valet, bellman (DJ), the two front desk guys who made a short room-available time wait enjoyable when we arrived a little early... the glorious woman who delivered our take-out food from UBER EATS/Din Tai Fung... and declined a nice gratuity until i insisted... kudos all around, and we look forward to our next visit, even when it'll probably be UCLA Hospital-related... something to look forward to: the best thing a hotel can provide.

Honestly the business was willing to give us a room the day after we booked it because of an airline delay. Any business willing to understand that deserves a 5 star.

The bed was super spacious and unbelievably cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night. Upon our arrival, they even welcomed us with delectable pastries and wine, elevating our stay to an unforgettable experience. Joel, as the house owner, was always ready to assist us without hesitation. Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality! When we return to LA next time, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.
