The first impression upon walking into the building is that it smells absolutely amazing, and the general ambiance of the lobby does not detract from thag at all. The staff was very helpful and agreed to store our luggage before check in. The directions given for sight seeing was most helpful. The room and linens were clean and tidy, the room temp perfection, and the noise level at a minimum. I had zero problems during my stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Beds big and comfy, we were able to leave our luggage after checking out and staff were very helpful!

The location is great, I asked for a higher floor and they gave me 22nd, which had an amazing view and more room space than I had during my previous stays. 5min walk from the Brooklyn Bridge which allows you to visit it during a sunrise without any tourists))

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, our experience at the hotel was flawless. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was impeccably clean and serviced regularly, equipped with all the amenities we needed such as a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, which we ingeniously utilized as a kettle for hot water when necessary. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary tea and coffee capsules, along with sustainable cups for our drinks. While the convenience of the microwave allowed us to heat food and soup using our own plate, we suggest future travelers bring ceramic plates and cups to fully utilize this feature. Despite the temptation of bottled water from the gym, we found the tap water in New York City to be perfectly drinkable and even enjoyable. The elevators were remarkably fast, ensuring we never had to wait whether on the ground floor or upstairs. We made use of the laundry service on the ground floor, opting not to purchase laundry detergent as we had brought our own. Our room on the 24th floor offered a stunning view of the city, which we preferred over the view of the ferries due to the beautiful reflection of the bay in the nearby glazed office center. The inbuilt air conditioning system was impressively quiet with convenient temperature controls. The sound isolation was exceptional, providing a peaceful environment without any disturbance from other guests or corridor noise. We appreciated the discreet room service, which cleaned our room while we were out. The availability of lotion, shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner was always appreciated. The spacious and comfortable bed, along with the abundance of TV channels, including a significant number in Spanish, added to our overall satisfaction. The recently renovated and tidy lobby, coupled with the serene surroundings, allowed us to relax with the window slightly open while still enjoying peace and quiet. We extend our gratitude to the entire Hilton team.
