All the staff were so friendly, polite, happy and so helpful. A special thank you to Louis (Lewis), David and the gentlemen at the front door greeting the guests. All patient and had a wonderful sense of humour. The personnel looking after the rooms were also kind and considerate. We loved this hotel for the location and the staff made the trip extra special.
