The view from the room (3rd level) is just incredible. Very clean, big and comfy beds, exceptional shower. Parking is very secure and at the property. The hotel also had a pool and complimentary popcorn, and coffee. It is located right across the beach and pier with many restaurants and cafes.

The remote check in was seamless and the staff available for questions. The room was updated, the perfect mix between updated and classic historical. Absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen area surpassed expectations. At one point I had forgotten the code to our room, and the owner was super patient and kind. We can’t wait to go back! It’s a super short distance to downtown Grass Valley, and the updated shops and gluten free bakery were a big plus! Great location.

This is an excellent place to stay. Landlord is very kind and the place is well built and amply supplied. There was even a big jar of Peet's Coffee and a coffee maker, spices for cooking, filtered water in the big fridge. We loved the garden. Peaceful, relaxing. A perfect place to have coffee in the morning or a drink at night. The location is ideal. Close to anything you might want and in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent value.
