Boasting a bar, shared lounge, garden and free WiFi, The Yard Hostel is situated in Catania, 2.7 km from Lido Arcobaleno and 1.3 km from Catania Piazza Duomo. 部屋が広くて荷物の整理がしやすい。ベッドにカーテンがある。大きめのしっかりした作りのロッカーがあって良かった。バルコニーで寛げる。キッチンの設備もしっかりしていた。バーカウンターでコーヒーが飲める。鍵の使い方がよく分からなかったが、一緒に開け閉めして確認して丁寧に教えてくれた。

Guests can enjoy a bar, a shared terrace and a lounge area. 安く近い広いきれい、素晴らしいスタッフと素晴らしい雰囲気。 まず駅から近くて安い上に広くて綺麗です。 そしてスタッフが本当に親切で親身になって助けてくれます。イタリアの軽くて雑なサービスを受けていたのでとりわけ新鮮でした。これはこのホテルが素晴らしいだけではなく、パレルモの人々の気質の問題でもあると思います。パレルモの人たちは本当に頼れる兄貴のように親切で街も良い田舎のような落ち着きを持っています。 そしてこんな素晴らしい環境のため、宿泊客が皆リラックスして楽しんでおり、それがまた雰囲気を良くしています。 楽しそうに皆がいるだけで私も楽しくなりました。本当にもう少し若くてもう少し言葉が堪能ならもっと交流したいと思いました。 洗濯機も使えますし、シチリアの天気ならすぐに乾きます。 エアコンもあるのですんなり寝れます。 朝食は4ユーロ程度でそこそこのものが食べられます。 とにかく最高のホテルですのでパレルモに宿泊するなら絶対におすすめです。

All of that organised in an eye-pleasing and efficient manner.

Offering a terrace and views of the mountains and the sea, Timbuktu Hostel is located in San Vito lo Capo in the Sicily Region, 35 km from Trapani. Some rooms include views of the garden or city. Great vibe with awesome decor, kind and warm hospitality, cozy beds, nice location. We had everything we needed for a two day trip. It was sad to leave so soon.

I’m really glad I found this stay during my time in Palermo! The bedrooms have plenty of space and places to leave your things. The beds themselves are comfortable and the view from the window was nice. The bathrooms are always clean and there was always hot water in the showers. I did laundry during my stay for only €3. The location is very central so it was easy to come and go, as well as make day trips from the bus/train station (less than a 10-minute walk). Some nights the staff would invite everyone to snack and enjoy wine together. It’s a small place with not so many guests, so it made the feeling more like a family gathering. I found it easy to make friends while staying here as everyone was solo traveling. The staff was friendly and they helped teach me a little Italian and made suggestions for what to visit. I really recommend! I was going to only stay in Palermo for 3 nights, but it turned into 8 nights since I loved the city so much and the hostel was so affordable and convenient.
