The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bath/shower surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel. Very handy location, close to Kanda station, and you can walk fairly easy to Tokyo station or Akihabara too, whilst being a bit away from the very busy touristy areas, so you get the benefit of it being relatively quiet. I didn't get breakfast, but did have a good coffee at the café downstairs. Good laundry facilities too.
