The location was very nice, in a quiet zone, close to some points of interest: 10 minutes of walking to Warner and very close to the main roads to Downtown. The room was big enough for two people. It was cleaned daily without having to see the cleaning team knocking on the door. The breakfast was pretty simple with some tasty pastries and coffee available all day long. Also, the staff was very friendly answering each of our requests, for example, a European adapter for the charger.

I made my reservation at around 11pm for the same night. The woman who checked me in was friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was affordable and quiet, allowing me to get some much needed rest.

Stayed for a night and it was Okay. If you just need a place in burbank die the night it will do, but wouldn't book here again and wouldn't recommend it for a long stay as a base to visit parks in the surrounding areas.

Lovely welcome, very courteous treatment! It was great, that we were allowed to leave our car in the hotel parking lot after checking out - so we could walk to Universal Studios. When we came back late in the afternoon we were even offered a coffee! Simply a very good attitude from the operators - people will want to return!
