Location: in the heart city centre of Pleven with the most iconic buildings around. The church, the bell tower, the water fountain and the theatre. The hotel also comes with parking. Room: I stayed in the deluxe room, it was absolutely huge! The room comes with a balcony which looks out onto the church, bell tower, water fountain and theatre. Fully stocked mini bar, and the room also comes with its own private internet router/wifi. Staff: Honestly, hand on heart, the staff at this hotel are the most kindest, sweetest people of all time. Every time you enter or exit the hotel, they greet you with a smile, wish you a good day, or good rest. They are always happy to help, no matter what. I personally stayed there because I was selling an apartment - when I asked where I can get moving boxes from etc, the owner of the hotel went out of his way to find me some within 30 minutes. During this difficult time for me, full of emotions, the receptionist was always there. Someone to sit down with, and shoulder to cry on. I also noticed how other guests commented on her positive attitude, and her willingness to always help. Really good people!! Overall, the hotel was once an iconic bank which has been renovated into this modern hotel. The hotel is modern but also kept the architecture of the building and memory of Pleven - which is very important. The room was very comfortable. The service was amazing! I have already recommended this hotel to many people, and have said I’d definitely be coming back and staying in the same room. If I could give it 10 stars I would. 10/10 recommend!!

Park Hotel Viasport asub Gorni Dăbnikis, 28 km kaugusel Pleveni piirkondlikust ajaloomuuseumist. Kohapeal on spordikeskus, tasuta eraparkla, restoran ja baar. The atmosphere, the professional attitude and service of the staff, as well as the food in the restaurant, again met high standards.

Järvevaatega hotell Villa Kaylaka asub Kaylaka pargi looduskaitsealal. Kohapeal on tasuta välibassein ja saunaga spaakeskus. WiFi-ühendus ja eraparkla kasutamine on tasuta. Location is beauthiful - as expected by web site pictures. What really gave me an extra satisfaction is the people. All staff member were very helpful, kind and professional. No doubt, next time travelling on that region I will book again.

Park Hotel Kaylaka asub Kaylaka pargi kaitsealal ning seda ümbritseb rahulik loodusmaastik. Maastikuga aias on purskkaev ja sild. The Hote is amasing. The staff is perfect. Specially Kristina at Reception is very kind and helpful. I am very glad to know the Staff. Lobby and some parts of Hotel is like museum or art gallery. The rooms are very clean and beds are so comfortable. The Hotel is in the middle of the Forest and the air is so fresh and oxigen burns your nose. I will come again.

Hotell Splendid asub Plevenis, 4,8 km kaugusel Kaylaka pargist ja 44 km kaugusel Devetashka koopast. The beds were super comfortable, the hotel is very central. Good friendly people at reception.

Family Art Hotel Gallery asub rohelises elamurajoonis Pleveni kesklinnast lõunas, Hristo Botevi puiesteest 100 meetri kaugusel. Stuff were very friendly and happy people. South beach is hist 6-7 minutes walk.

Hotel Rostov is situated in the centre of Pleven. It offers nicely equipped rooms with panoramic views and free WiFi. The location of the hotel and the friendliness of the employees.

Given the location and options available in general, it is quite good value for money! Pleven is a walking distance city and area around Medical University is absolutely safe even at night! Clubbing at the city center is just a few beers away and there is plenty to do no matter what is the purpose of visit! Kayluka Park and the Panorama are close! Train station and bus station are within 40 minutes walk. As for the accommodation it is family oriented! Beds are comfortable. The only minus is that it is a bit difficult for first time visitors to find the key left in PO box. There should be better visual explanation how to reach the key! I will visit again soon!
