Hotel Playa Scondida is a rustic-style lodge on Baru Island, 1 hour from Cartagena by motorboat. Everything! As you arrive through a small wicker door , you are met by Sergio and his delightful wife Lucrecia . Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spotlessly clean , cotton sheets and a cosy blanket if needed and fluffy towels, and really lovely soap, shampoo in the bathroom. The beach and gardens were beautiful. I had an in house massage which was one of the best that I have ever had , and all the better for the fact that Jess set up in my room so super safe and relaxing .My husband and I had a wonderful stay , thanks to the whole team... xxx n

Nastanitev Cristal Blue Barú se nahaja v mestu Barú, 2 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Playa Blanca, in ponuja storitve concierge, sobe za nekadilce, teraso, brezplačen WiFi ter bar. Really friendly staff and very accommodating when it comes to question (initially planned for a leave at 11am but were allowed to keep our suitcases in the room including the key until our departure at 1:30pm). We really like the Cristal Hamburguesa. Overall a quite placemat the end of Playa Blanca (its located in the north, the more south you go the more touristy it gets). Beautiful sunsets.

Nastanitev posada donde Uriel Playa tranquila se nahaja v mestu Barú in ponuja zasebne balkone. We stayed two nights at Uriel's newly constructed pool villa "Casa Cafur" in the nearby town in Santa Ana, and spent the days at his Playa Tranquila beach house (quiet part of playa Blanca) Strong winds damaged most of the beach earlier that week so we were unable to spend the night as planned but Uriel saved our vacation with his pool villa, then we got to spend the days anyway at Playa Blanca so it was the best of both worlds. The beach is a quick 6000 peso ride from the villa. Let me tell you, when you enter Casa Cafur you realize you are entering somewhere special. You get that "wow" feeling once you enter the doors. It's a peaceful paradise, and feels totally private. He keeps the pool clean, and the cocktails are delicious! His staff are totally cool and they take care of everything like the richest resort. I proposed to my girlfriend at his beach house (posada donde Uriel) and when we returned to Casa Cafur, Uriel cooked us lobster and shrimp, champagne and we had the whole place to ourselves. Music, hammocks, cocktails and a clean pool. The village of Santa Ana is cool too, we drank and danced with the locals and sharwd way too many dollar beers. I trust Uriel and will always come back! Thank you Uriel for a special 3 days.

Nastanitev Hotel Calamari Baru je ob obali v mestu Playa Blanca, le nekaj korakov od znamenitosti Plaža Playa Blanca, in nudi bar ter zasebno plažo. The hotel is very cosy and comfortable, the room and facilities were great. The location of the place was perfect as it is right on the beach and with a swim spot in front. the staff was very helpful and kind, they were very accommodating and answer all our queries regarding tours and places to visit nearby. The food was delicious, they had some really good local dishes with fish and a selection of pastas and other dishes for everyone.
