Set within 2 km of Kurfürstendamm, KPM Hotel & Residences in Berlin has a number of amenities. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. I've been in Berlin several times, but I never got a positive hotel experience as I had at KPM Hotel & Residences: the modernity and cleanness of the structure itself, the precise daily tideness of the rooms (also very spacious and with a very good ac system), the possibility to consume the waters and drinks from the fridge free-of-charge (or for example to also been able to use the fitness/sauna for free), the tranquillity of the neighborhood and the proximity to the Tiergarten and the Ku'Damm, for both nature and shopping; but above all the professionality and kindess of the whole stuff, from the reception to the cleaning staff, always welcoming you with a smile and able to take in any request or to solve any kind of problem we could have (we lost a key card).

This stylish hotel lies between the Ubera Arena and the East Side Gallery, the remaining iconic section of the Berlin Wall. Our stay at the hotel was beyond exceptional in every possible way. Berlin was the last leg of a long trip and our stay at the hotel made it the cherry on top of a vacation to remember. Here is what we thought : Staff: we can’t thank the hotel’s staff enough, they really set high standards for hospitality. They were extremely kind, responsive and accommodating. It felt like we were guests in their home. Firstly, they were quick to answer our queries regarding Covid regulations via email prior to our arrival, which helped us plan our trip smoothly & comfortably. Upon our arrival we were met with an extremely welcoming reception staff (hello, Luigi!) and a special surprise since we were traveling for our honeymoon. The entire team was very helpful during the duration of our stay (7 days) up until checkout (hello, Madeline!) Rooms and cleanliness: we were given a really nice spacious room, and being someone who’s picky about cleanliness I rarely feel this comfortable at hotels. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the linens were clean and felt new. I personally appreciated the funny note under the bed indicating that it had been vacuumed, it reflects the hotel’s extra attention to detail. The room also had a view overlooking both the arena and the river which was very nice. Breakfast: a wide variety of food with different dietary options were made available. We were welcomed by very nice restaurant staff that made the experience much nicer every morning. Location: the hotel is very nicely situated in a vibrant neighborhood near the river and a walking distance away from two well-connected train stations. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely choose the hotel again for our future visits to Berlin. We would highly recommend the hotel to our friends, family and anyone reading this review and considering the hotel. Thank you team Hotel Indigo! :)

Amazing property and value for the money. The staff was perfect and the accommodations were excellent. The rooms are soundproofed and blackout shades are available if you want to use them. There is an awesome club floor available with snacks and drinks 24/7.
