The Crees Room only NO BAR OR RESTAURANT ligger i Abernethy, 34 km från Discovery Point och 38 km från Saint Andrews-universitetet. Här finns gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. It is a really cosy Inn with lovely food, a good selection of drinks and marvelous staff. We liked everything about it, especially that we could reserve a table for the evening prior to spending the night there.

The Gleneagles Hotel med anor från 1924 är en prestigefylld anläggning i hjärtat av Skottland. Everything!! it was amazing! The room, the grounds, the staff, the restaurants, bars and breakfast were outstanding!!

The Merryburn - Rooms and Courtyard Studios is a few minutes' walk from Dunkeld and Birnam Railway Station at the gateway to the Highlands and is a listed Victorian building. Very cute hotel, room was beautifully decorated and spacious for myself. Well equipped room as well for what you needed for a few nights stay. Very clean too. Property was easy walk to local attractions (Birnam and Dunkeld) and conveniently driveable to surrounding areas. The two staff/owners I met were really lovely.

Hotellet Lands of Loyal stoltserar med ett läge vid foten av Loyal Hill, och vetter mot den bildsköna orten Alyth, 2 golfbanor och de böljande jordbruksmarkerna i Vale of Strathmore. Trevligt hotell. Spännande inredning - mycket långt från skandinavisk. bra frukost och middag. Trevligt med många olika matsalar. Det gjorde att det inte kändes trängt trots att det var många gäster.

Situated in 1.5 acres of elevated grounds, 'Knockendarroch Hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Pitlochry town centre. The hotel is located on top of the hill of the beautiful town of Pitlochry. We stayed at the attic room, which is big, brighty and with views to the mountains. Everything was perfect: king size and comfortable bed and a little space with sofa and table. We liked the most the big salon on the ground floor of the house with its chimney and chesters, where you can relax just reading or drinking something before the dinner. The breakfast was superb, served on the restaurant, quiet and with nice views to the gardens. We stayed there only for one night in our way to Isle of Skye, but we have liked to have spent more time there!

The Grandtully Hotel ligger i Grandtully, 10 km från Castle Menzies, och erbjuder 4-stjärnigt boende med en terrass, en restaurang och en bar. Lovely little hotel in quiet Grandtully. We enjoyed the food and stay at this small inn, and walked one afternoon along the river bank to the next town as well as visited (the outside at least - as it was closed until 2 PM) the nearby Menzies Castle.

Killiecrankie House ligger i Pitlochry, 32 km från Castle Menzies, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en restaurang. This was the most personable accomodation that anyone could wish for. I was disappointed that I didn't book in for their 14 course tasting menu for the evening that we stayed there. We had a slightly early departure which they were more than happy to accomodate us with a very delightful & personal breakfast. The decor is delightful as are the owners & their staff.
