They were all wonderful esp Jules, Freya, Lucy, Charlie. Dinner was superb. The fish n chips were an A+++ and we are from New England. The hotel is so steeped in unique history and each nook and crannies reflects this beauty. Our room ( #1)was fantastic.I The Secret Garden was indeed a lovely secret haven for afternoon tea.

The food was delicious & every staff member was an absolute delight. Always had a smile on their face & nothing was ever too much for them to do. I would recommend this pub stay to anyone looking for a home from home.
