Our JR Suite was spacious and stylish: the mini fridge was stocked with complimentary water (both still and sparkling) and Coca-Cola in glass bottles, on top there was also a Lavazza coffee maker with capsules, freshly baked cookies in a lovely “gift” box, a bottle of red wine with two wine glasses and bruschettas! The included breakfast was awesome, the buffet was full of freshly backed goods (sweet and savory) from their own next door bakery and plenty of plates from the kitchen (the pancakes were delicious!).

The hotel is great, in an outstanding location and there is an exit from it to an amazing forest trip, but the main thing is the staff who go above and beyond and make sure I feel as if I am the only guest in the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive! Even though we were there for three nights, we never got sick of the breakfast spread. The salad and cheese bar at dinner was also great, although the dinner courses we had on the first night had room for improvement. The location was perfect! It was right by the main promenade in Ortisei, and a short walk to the Seceda and Alpe di siusi cable cars. The spa facilities were beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed the hydrafacial and sports massage that we booked after a tiring day of hiking. I can see myself returning for a longer stay to enjoy the facilities. There are sufficient facilities to keep you occupied even if you stayed at the hotel throughout the day.

WOW! I rented the tent and was amazing overall at the facilities here. The Spa is hands down the best I have ever been to. The breakfast the best breakfast buffet. and had an amazing 5-star steak dinner with a nice wine. The whole concept is a bit odd - luxury caravan park, but I am VERY HAPPY!! Great start or finish to any hike nearby.
