Set in Chernivtsi, Grand Royal offers a casino. Featuring a terrace, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. As a family of 6 people, we booked two rooms: a Family room with a bunk bed and a Superior Double room. Both rooms were spacious enough and with modern design. The bathrooms were clean, and all the equipment seemed brand-new. The beds and mattresses were comfortable. The ‘upper’ floor of the bunk bed was easy-to-get and safe, even for a 4-years kid. As for the Double room, I want to mention the beautiful view from the balcony. We traveled by car and hassle-free parked it on the street at about 20 meters from the hotel. Starting from the entrance, it is a decent modern hotel. Without overstatement, it far exceeded my expectations.

I did not have any unpleasant surprises when I got to the hotel - everything that was discussed when I booked the rooms was exactly as I found at the hotel. The lovely young lady from the reception was very clear about all the price matters and everything we needed to know and made sure we understood everything. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Especially the price was very good for the conditions they offered. Also, the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, very big, and not expensive.

The Sonnenhöf hotel in Suceava is truly a refreshment for the mind. The environment is refined and all the staff are very courteous and welcoming. What struck me most is that both the staff, but also the guests, use a gentle tone of voice and there is an air of tranquility, especially after a busy day of work but also of leisure. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and very clean. What is most surprising is the breakfast: the enormous variety of the culinary offer exceeds all imagination and satisfies any palate. Overall it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
