The staff, food and bedroom which was really spacious! The waiter in the restaurant was really helpful and also brought us some extra dishes to the room.

Check in was super quick the first night which was great as we arrived so , the place was clean and comfortable. It was a good location for getting to the bus station and not too far from the town center.

This was our second stay in this beautiful hotel and we couldn't fault anything. Oana and Catalina on reception couldn't have made us feel more welcome and were wonderful to engage with. The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the city centre, and again I have no hesitation in giving it our highest recommendation. A little bit of luxury in the heart of Iasi!
