Excellent facilities, very professional staff. Nice beach and outside pool, as well as the bar next to the reception (Mokka). Excellent breakfast, lots of options, including some tunisian specialties (though not many vegan dishes).

TUI BLUE Palm Beach Palace Djerba - Adult Only is a seaside hotel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel’s guest rooms feature either a balcony or a terrace with garden, pool or sea views. The hotel is beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are excellent and spacious. beds comfy... facilities were excellent, especially with the private beach in the front, and the heated pool (we came in winter). The breakfast and dinner were amazing. The spa services were of excellent quality and great price. We only stayed two nights, but already plan to go back for a longer stay.

I was made to feel very welcome by the staff, both before I arrived via messages, and once I was there. Eya at the reception was lovely and friendly, and had perfect answers to all my questions. My room was so comfortable, and immaculately clean. The person responsible for the cleaning is doing an excellent job, and the common areas around the hotel were also very well kept. The design of the room is good because although it is not a massive space it had everything necessary, presented very well and with style. There's even a little shelf by the bed to put your phone on when it's charging, which was a thoughtful touch. The cosy cushioned alcove is cute too. The breakfast was a very full tray of different sweet and savoury foods, plus fresh orange juice and coffee. It was very delicious and filling. Thank you to all of the team for creating a beautiful place to stay, and helping me to create a happy memory of Midoun.

Such a cute gem in the heart of Medina. Lovely decor and very nice relaxed atmosphere. Location was excellent, next to cafes, restaurants shops, 15 minutes walk from the Marina and 5 minutes from Bus/ Louage and Taxi station. The staff was excellent, polite and friendly, in particular Nejib, he was ever so nice and helpful with advice and recommendation, I followed all his advice, cannot thank him more!
