Sandy was fantastic at the front desk. Easy to work with and a pleasure to talk to. This hotel is wonderful, location, cleanliness, everything. All the staff including Alyssa and Randy are excellent as well as the offered amenities. Beds were very comfortable.

We had never been to NYC before, so being so close to Broadway and Time Square was Ideal
