All the staff including Alyssa and Randy are excellent as well as the offered amenities. Beds were very comfortable.

They make you feel at home and like you are part of a family, there. The location of the hotel is perfect for what we needed. We had never been to NYC before, so being so close to Broadway and Time Square was Ideal
