The apartment was very clean and tidy. The host Ana, was really nice and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was cleaned half way through our stay, with new towels, toilet roll etc. I would definitely return again.

Offering a restaurant, a bar and a garden with a terrace, Family Hotel Pchelina is quietly located within a 15-minute walk from the Opsenie of St. Bogoroditsa church, in the Pchelina Area. It's a family run business and they were very polite, the young staff member spoke perfect English, food for dinner and breakfast was homemade and delicious, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, shower had a curtain which was helpful in the Bulgarian style showers,it was all clean and the location is superb,2 minutes car ride from rila monastery and the landscape and surrounds are calm, green and beautiful

"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. This hotel is a way better than 5-start hotel in the same location! It is cleaner, cozy, all is renovated clean and neat, the pool and the spa area are superb and the variety if half board choices at the breakfasts and dinners was very good. Even my child who is a food picker was truly enjoying.
