Phillipe and Bruno are very helpful. Helped us explore the city and make dinner reservations. We stayed in Cambrai to tour Great War monuments/battlefields. This was a very convenient place.

Set in a large garden, this 19th-century mansion is a 5-minute drive from Valenciennes city centre and SNCF Train Station. The charming rooms are spacious and individually decorated. The hotel is a very nice old mansion house with a large garden. The interior design is absolutely exceptional. The garden is outstanding and very quiet. The breakfast was great and overall the stay was the best we have had in a long time in a hotel. Philippe was a very nice host who made our stay memorable and we will definitely come back as soon as possible. PS: There is a tram station right next to the hotel which made it very easy to visit the city center of Valenciennes.

It is our fourth stay in the Najeti Hôtel Lille Nord and we'll stay in again next time we are traveling back to France. It is ideally situated next to the highway although in an isolated and quiet stree away from any noise disturbances. Spotless and confortable rooms. Friendly and very professional staff. Great value. The room is good size and the bathroom is very nice and functional, all with a certain French touch to it all. I am pleasantly surprised and the carpeting feels clean. Breakfast is good and yes, would be too small if the hotel occupancy is high. Location it's so central for exploring this historic centre of the city. Nearby restaurants are fantastic.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the staff were absolutely wonderful. My cousin had the room next to mine and we both agreed how relaxed we felt. We were in St Amand les Eaux for a family wedding so it was an ideal location for being picked up and dropped off. We both like to walk so we were very pleased at how easy it was to walk into town or along the river.
