One of the best hotels we stayed in on our five week trip to Europe. The welcome drink was a nice touch. All staff were very friendly and eager to provide good customer service. Dinner at the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast selection was fantastic. Spa/wellness was great, appreciated the adults only section. Balinese theming was a nice touch and made it feel like a place to relax.

The hotel is very intimate, a smaller one, so the kids can find their way easily, the food was deliscious, all the staff is very kind, the animators did a great job, with their attentive and fun activities.
