Very large room with lots of sunlight and a comfortable bed. Clean soft white sheets including a duvet cover. The host is very kind and can help with anything you need. Location is great, right next to a central plaza where locals hang out and within walking distance of the riverfront with markets and sight seeing. Excellent deal for the price. Off of main streets, so it was nice and quiet too. Good, reliable wifi for work calls.

The room was one of the best I’ve had in Vietnam, spacious, filled with light and spotless and I could watch the sunset from the balcony. Really affordable and away from the noisy streets yet only a few minutes walk to the river front action. Justine cooked me a big breakfast and Tre helped me with laundry and booking a trip. This place and the hosts are top notch

She was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but filling. You choose what you'd like the night before so it is ready for you the following morning. Kate also arranged a tour to the floating market and other stops with Ruby. I would highly recommend this tour, Ruby was so knowledgable and I learned a lot during the tour. The room is tucked away in an alley so it was quiet. The location was perfect for us because it was in a more authentic neighborhood area than the touristy downtown area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested.

Everything about the place was awesome. I long to return to the homestay for a much longer stay- perhaps a week or ten days. Daniel and his wife are lovely hosts, they have a most adorable dog as well. Food is awesome they catered to my vegan needs. The tours were great. The guesthouse is located just at the river. Daniel has his own boat and the tour guides are from the homestay itself, thus everything feels so safe and secure, for me as a female solo traveller these things made my whole stay so comfortable and like home. Internet worked fine as well, particularly in the common area. Daniel made me feel at home throughout.
